Colleen Beach

Colleen Beach is an experienced Emergency/Critical Care Veterinarian at Oakland Veterinary Referral Services, with a tenure that began in May 2013. In addition to this role, Colleen serves as a Council Member for the Southeastern Michigan Veterinary Medical Association, contributing to the Constitution and By-laws Committee and Sponsorship Committee, and has previously held the position of Past President. Colleen's background includes work as a Relief Veterinarian in Southeast Michigan from August 2011 to December 2013, providing veterinary services in emergency and general medicine and surgery for small animals and exotics. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Veterinarian at Animal Emergency Center, focusing on emergency medicine and surgery, and as a Veterinarian specializing in oncology at Animal Cancer & Imaging Center. Colleen also worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Kern Road Veterinary Hospital, where duties included general medicine and surgery for equine and small animals. Colleen holds a DVM degree in Veterinary Medicine from Michigan State University, completed between 1991 and 1997.
