Rob Phillips

Rob Phillips is currently the Head of Land-Based Apprenticeships at The Windsor Forest Colleges Group. Prior to this, Rob held various positions at BCA, City & Guilds, Oaklands College, Sandy Lodge Golf Club, and Porters Park Golf Club, accumulating extensive experience in golf course management and training. Rob's educational background includes a HNC in Sportsturf from SRUC Elmwood and various certifications in greenkeeping and horticulture from Oaklands College. Throughout their career, Rob has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to staff development, course management, health, safety, and environmental sustainability within the golf industry.
