Simon Foden

Simon Foden has a diverse work experience in the fitness industry. Simon started as a Fitness Instructor at Fitness For Industry in 1995 and later became a Fitness Manager at FFI, where they managed the facility and trained staff. In 2000, they joined ARK Leisure Management as an Operations Manager, overseeing six fitness facilities at the BBC Club. From 2006 to 2013, Simon served as a General Manager at thirtysevendegrees health and fitness club, where they implemented customer service best practices and achieved commercial targets. Simon then worked at Virgin Active as a General Manager from 2013 to 2018, managing a staff of over 70 and ensuring successful outcomes. From 2019 to 2022, Simon worked as the Head of Enterprise at One YMCA, improving strategic planning and operational efficiency. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Commercial at Oaklands College since 2022.

Simon Foden has completed a BTEC National in Business and Finance at The Henley College. Simon also holds an HND in Business and Finance from the University of Plymouth.
