Jan Walton

Jan Walton has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Jan served as the Director of Corporate Compliance at Oaklawn Hospital from 2014 to present. Prior to this, they were the Program Director of Corporate Compliance & Health Information Management at Oaklawn Hospital from 2008 to 2014. Jan also held the position of CEO at Physician Office Specialists, Inc from 1989 to 2010.

Jan Walton has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator from Ferris State University. Jan also has a Master of Arts degree in Management from Nazareth College. Additionally, Jan has obtained additional certifications including Certification Healthcare Compliance from HCCA in May 2016, Certification in Healthcare Privacy from AHIMA in May 1995, and Registered Health Information Administrator from AHIMA in May 1981.
