Lee Masterson

Lee Masterson, MBA, ITIL has a diverse and extensive work experience. Lee is currently serving as the Head of IT and Director of Information Services at Oaklawn Hospital since November 2022. Prior to this, from September 2021 to August 2022, they worked as the Senior Director of Information Technology at Bassett Mechanical. In this role, they maximized cloud benefits and infrastructure trade-offs, implemented field service tools, and introduced a modern workspace.

From September 2013 to October 2021, Masterson was the Director of IT and Automation at CMD Corporation, a global leader in plastics converting and alternative energy. Lee focused on building a secure and resilient environment while supporting cost-effective solutions for the organization.

Before that, they worked at Coca-Cola Refreshments from July 2008 to August 2013 as the Global Manager of Technology Enablement. In this role, Masterson oversaw virtual personnel and deployed enterprise engagements.

Lee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Rockford University and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Rock Valley College. In addition, they have obtained an ITIL® Certification in IT Service Management, Foundation Level from APMG-International in 2016. They have also pursued studies of business in India at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
