Frankie Glarvey

After graduating with an English Literature degree at Cardiff University she was unsure what next steps to take! She moved back to Manchester and worked in a customer service department in a call centre for two years to save money to travel. She then spent 10 months travelling from Mexico to Colombia before running out of money and having to return to the UK! She signed up with Forrest Recruitment as a temp and soon became a Recruitment Consultant with them specialising in Secretarial and Business Support roles across South Manchester.

She spent 2 and a half years with Forrest before deciding she wanted to work for a much bigger agency with greater opportunities and was attracted to Page Group where she joined as a specialist in Secretarial and Business Support once more. Following Covid, she was given the opportunity to move over to a Human Resources desk and she have never looked back! Following several promotions, she started to grow a team across HR and Business Support disciplines.

After nearly 4 years with Page and working with some incredible people, she have joined Oakleaf Partnership as a Senior Consultant to further develop her knowledge and specialism in HR recruitment and she is very excited by this opportunity as she continue to grow the Northern presence from Manchester. She is specialising in permanent recruitment on HR roles up to £60K across Industry & Science, Financial Services and Not For Profit.
