James Brice-Wallis

James Brice-Wallis is the Group CFO at Oakleaf Technology Group. James has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, and has held various positions at different companies. James started their career at Morgan Hunt as the Group Finance Director in April 2010. James was responsible for the firm's finance and accounting functions, month end, year end, budgeting, forecasting & planning, credit control, payroll, the preparation and completion of the statutory accounts, and the annual audit. James also implemented and maintained first class controls, compliance and risk systems. In January 2020, they joined Oakleaf Technology as the Change & Transformation Director. James was responsible for leading the company through a period of change and transformation. James then became the Group CFO in 2021.

James Brice-Wallis has a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Business & Finance for Managers from Oxford Brookes University. James also has certification from CIMA in ACMA CGMA Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
