Aaron Kienwald

Aaron is Oakley Capital’s Group Chief Operating Officer having joined in 2020 from private practice law. Aaron is responsible for the group’s operations in particular legal and regulatory, compliance, HR, and Tax with a particular focus on fundraising working closely with the investor relations and deal teams.

He started his career in the private funds team at SJ Berwin where he qualified as a solicitor and went on to work at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, advising the Oakley Capital group along with a number of blue-chip private equity firms on fundraising and fund-advisory work.

Aaron holds a History degree from King’s College London and is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
