Andre Augustin

Andre joined Oakley in 2020 and has over 15 years of private equity, principal investing and leveraged finance experience. Andre’s focus at Oakley is primarily on deal origination, execution, portfolio management and realisation.

Prior to joining Oakley, Andre led the Principal Investment effort for Macquarie Capital in the German speaking region. Prior to that, he worked for Warburg Pincus’ TMT & Business Services team and for the mid-market private equity firm Cognetas. Andre started his career at JPMorgan in Leveraged Finance. During his time at these firms, he has been involved in a number of transactions and held various advisory board positions.

Andre studied in Paris, Oxford and Berlin and holds a MSc in Management, a Diplôme de Grande École and a Diplom-Kaufmann from ESCP Europe.
