David joined Oakley in 2010 and focuses primarily on deal execution and investment advice. During his time at Oakley, David has worked with a number of Oakley’s online assets, including Emesa, Verivox, Facile and Casa & atHome. In addition, David has worked on ACE Education in the higher education sector.
Prior to joining Oakley, David worked at KPMG Corporate Finance for four years advising on mid-market M&A transactions in the Consumer and Healthcare markets in the UK and Western Europe.
David holds the ICAEW’s Advanced Diploma in Corporate Finance and an MA (Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Magdalen College, Oxford.
