Jennifer Starkey

Jennifer Starkey is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design across various sectors, including residential, educational, municipal, and healthcare projects. Currently serving as a Project Architect at Oakley Collier Architects, PA since January 2019, Jennifer previously held roles as a Project Manager at Genesis Architecture, LLC and as an Architect at TAM+CZ Architects, contributing significantly to construction and presentation drawings, code review, and project management. Early career experiences as a Designer at Architecture Studio, Inc. and RGB Architectural Group, Inc. provided foundational skills in commercial design and construction administration. Jennifer holds a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Environmental Design with Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University.
