Shikha Goyal is an Associate Partner at Oaklin since March 2020, bringing extensive experience from Baringa Partners, where Goyal served as Manager from July 2014 to February 2020. Previous professional roles include Consultant at Deloitte Consulting for a year and an internship at Ernst & Young in 2010. Goyal began a career at Accenture Services as a Senior Analyst, which lasted from August 2006 to May 2009. Academically, Goyal holds an MBA in Finance, Corporate Accounting, and Competitive and Organization Strategy from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, completed in 2011, and a BE Hons in Electricals from Maharshi Dayanand University, obtained in 2006.
