Vinay Mohan

Vinay Mohan is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, strategic planning, and investor relations. Currently serving as Principal of Value Creation at Oakline Holdings since September 2024, and as a Mentor at Futurpreneur since January 2022, Vinay has a strong background in leading strategic finance teams at 1Password and D2L, where responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, economic decision support, and new ventures development. Previous roles at Constellation Software and William Blair in M&A and equity research, respectively, have further enhanced Vinay's skills in capital markets and forecasting. Vinay holds a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University and co-founded Superior Technologies, contributing to expertise in entrepreneurship and product management.
