Robin Warner is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of investment banking experience and 20 years of high-level operational experience. Currently serving as Managing Director at DeSilva & Phillips since November 2012, Robin has successfully closed 44 transactions focused on technology information services within the education, trade publishing, and healthcare sectors. Prior to this role, experience includes Managing Director positions at The van Tulleken Company, which was acquired by Quayle Munro LLC, and Atwood Capital Partners. Earlier career highlights include various executive roles in children's publishing at Golden Books Publishing Company and Simon & Schuster Publishing Company.
