Eric Felix-Faure has extensive work experience in the investment banking and corporate finance industries. Eric founded Aelios Finance in 2004, which later became Oaklins in 2016, a leading independent small-mid market investment banking firm. At Aelios Finance, they served as the Founder & General Partner, overseeing M&A, LBO, and financing transactions. Prior to this, they worked as the General Partner at Chausson Finance. Eric also has experience in the technology, construction & engineering, and media sectors, as a member of the Technology, Construction & Engineering, and Media groups at M&A International. Before that, they worked at Vivendi Universal as the Ecommerce and Online Business Dev Director, and at Liris Interactive as a Financial Controller. Additionally, Eric is the owner of Felix-Faure Finance, a corporate finance & consulting boutique specializing in private placement, fund raising, and M&A for ventures and SMEs.
Eric Felix-Faure obtained a Master's degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School, studying from 1992 to 1995. Eric then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in technology & innovation management from CentraleSupélec, completing their studies in 1996. Prior to this, from 1990 to 1992, Eric attended Collège Stanislas Paris, where they completed Classes préparatoires (CPGE).
