Paulette Hare

Paulette Hare has over 18 years of work experience in various leadership roles. From 2002 to 2013, they worked at Knowledge Universe as a District Manager, overseeing 12 KinderCare Learning Centers and managing the hiring and leadership of center management teams. In 2014, they served as the Branch Manager at Charter One Bank, where they were responsible for maximizing branch revenues and ensuring superior customer service. From 2014 to 2017, they were the President of Pre-K Solutions, focusing on expanding early childhood education programs and implementing business-to-business marketing strategies. Prior to their current role, they worked at Cambridge Education Group as the Executive Director of Marketing and Development, as well as the Executive Director of DOP Operations. Since 2018, they have been working as the Executive Director of Operations at Oakmont Education.

Paulette Hare obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology and Family Studies from Ursuline College, which they completed between the years 1997 and 2001. In addition, they pursued further education at Ursuline College and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Project Management between the years 2017 and 2018.
