Lorene Bower

Lorene Bower has a wealth of experience in the senior living industry. Lorene began their career at Simpson University in 2003 as the Director of Student Outreach, a role they held until 2008. In 2009, they joined Willow Springs Alzheimer's Special Care Center as the Community Relations Director, a position they held for three years before transitioning to the role of Administrator. Lorene worked as an Administrator at Willow Springs until 2016. That same year, they joined Oakmont Senior Living as the Executive Director, a role they held until April 2022. Lorene currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at Oakmont Senior Living, where they started in April 2022.

Lorene Bower obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Southern Nazarene University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in Intercultural Studies from Nazarene Theological Seminary, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000.
