Scott Carlson has over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry. Scott is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Oakmont Senior Living since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Oakmont Senior Living from December 2017 to October 2021.
Before joining Oakmont Senior Living, Scott worked at Brookdale for 10 years. Scott served as the District Director of Operations and Sales from April 2015 to December 2017 and previously held the role of Executive Director from March 2009 to April 2015.
Scott also gained regional experience at Sunrise Senior Living, where they served as the Regional Director of Memory Care from July 2005 to March 2009.
Scott Carlson received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from the University of San Francisco. Scott also obtained an Executive Certificate in Sales Leadership from Florida State University and a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) Administrator Certificate from the California Department of Social Services.
