Sarah Neustrom, BSN, RN, has extensive nursing experience, currently serving as a Charge Nurse at Oaknoll Retirement Residence since March 2015, having also held the roles of SNF and Independent Living RN and Staff Nurse. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Staff Nurse at Windmill Manor of Coralville from November 2012 to March 2015. Academic achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Western Governors University (March 2021 - August 2022) and an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Kirkwood Community College (2017 - 2018).
