Chantelle Lamb is a seasoned professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Director of Fraud and Financial Crime Systems at OakNorth since January 2024. Prior to this role, Chantelle spent over a decade at Vanquis Bank, advancing through several key positions, including Head of Fraud, Head of Fraud Strategy, Head of Customer Relations, Procurement Manager, Customer Dynamics Manager, and Graduate Analyst. Chantelle's educational background includes a BSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Kent and a postgraduate certificate in Fraud and Financial Crime from Coventry University. Additionally, Chantelle gained early experience as an intern in the YGMG Programme in 2006.
