Grant Denny

Grant Denny is an experienced finance professional specializing in real estate credit analysis. Currently serving as Director and Credit Real Estate Specialist at OakNorth since April 2022, Grant manages a team of Credit Directors to deliver innovative and risk-aware solutions for SME real estate propositions. Prior to this, Grant held the position of Director of Credit in Real Estate Finance, assessing credit proposals for development and investment targeted at SME clients. Grant's extensive background includes over three decades at NatWest, culminating in a role as Director of Real Estate Finance, where leadership focused on debt and operational banking facilities for SME real estate businesses. Grant holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Cass Business School, obtained between 1997 and 1999.
