Rahim Nanji

Rahim Nanji serves as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at OakNorth Bank, where responsibilities include overseeing group-wide legal, governance, privacy, and company secretarial matters for an international banking and SAAS provider since November 2022. Previously, Nanji held similar roles at Ebury, leading the Legal and Company Secretarial Department for a high-growth FinTech from January 2020 to November 2022. A significant tenure at Deutsche Bank from January 2005 to December 2019 included serving as Head of Equities Legal, advising on various trading and regulatory matters, and managing teams across multiple locations.
