Scott Benton

Scott Benton is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Transformation Manager and IT Project Manager at Oakray Limited since January 2021. In addition, Scott has held the role of Relocation Manager at the Australian Animal Protection Society since June 2017, overseeing the relocation of the organization after its long-term premises were purchased by the government. Prior experience includes Project Manager and Level 2 Desktop Support Team Leader at Metro Trains Melbourne, where Scott contributed to significant infrastructure projects and technology rollouts. Earlier roles encompass ownership of Top Gun Computing, software coordination at ExxonMobil, and various IT and management positions at Alstom, Plumbtec, Benton's Plumbtec, and in hospitality management at Hamilton Island and The Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Scott's academic foundation was established at St Bede's College from 1977 to 1983.
