Daniel Saieh, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked as an Investment Analyst at Banosorno Corredora de Bolsa (Chilean Broker Dealer) before transitioning to an Equity Trader role at Banosorno Corredora de Bolsa (Broker Dealer, now CorpCapital) in 1994. Daniel then became a Senior Trader at Socimer Corredora de Bolsa (Chilean Broker Dealer) in 1996. In 2000, they joined Dresdner RCM Global Investors as a Settlement Specialist.

Saieh's career then progressed to BlackRock, where they held multiple positions. Daniel started as a Research Associate in 2001, became a Portfolio Manager in 2004, and later assumed the role of Director of Institutional Business, Latin America in 2005. During this time, they led various initiatives, including building the institutional and intermediary business for legacy Barclays Global Investors in South America and overseeing a team responsible for sales and client service activities. Daniel was successful in attracting significant institutional business and played a key role in expanding BlackRock's presence in pension funds and mutual fund companies in Chile, Peru, and Colombia. Additionally, they worked on regulatory matters related to ETFs in South America.

In 2012, Saieh joined Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. as Managing Director and Head of Latin America and the Caribbean. Daniel also briefly worked at VelocityShares as Managing Director, Latin American Business during the same year. Daniel has recently taken on the role of Board Member at Singular AGF since 2018 and Founding Board Member at Centro Medico Brisas Salud since 2019.

Daniel Saieh, CFA obtained an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1999. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Economics from Universidad del Desarrollo in 1993. In addition to their academic achievements, Daniel Saieh holds certifications including the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) from the CFA Institute, and various financial certifications from FINRA.
