Ryan Delaney

Ryan Delaney is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate asset management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management for Real Estate funds at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. since September 2012, Ryan oversees Real Estate Opportunities, Real Estate Income, and Real Estate Performing Debt. Prior to this role, Ryan was Principal and Head of Asset Management at Mesa West Capital from May 2006 to August 2012 and began a career in investment banking at Credit Suisse between June 2001 and May 2006, focusing on workouts, restructuring, and distressed debt in commercial real estate and leveraged finance. Ryan holds a degree in Economics and Pre-law from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
