Ilan Leshetz

Ilan Leshetz is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Oaktree Talent Group and Future State Consulting, a firm specializing in Executive Search and Leadership Consultancy for senior management roles within corporate and professional services organizations. With extensive experience in executive talent acquisition, previously serving as an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at Partners in Performance, Ilan has also held key positions at Ethos Corporation as Principal & Strategy Practice Lead and various financial consulting roles from 2002 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Science in Coaching Psychology, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and a Bachelor of Accounting Science.
