Rachel Quick

Rachel Quick serves as a Senior Consultant at Oaktree Talent Group and Future State Consulting since September 2023. Previously, Rachel held various roles at Expert360 from October 2021 to September 2023, where notable achievements included winning the company's "Always Evolving" award. Rachel began their career in the field of strategy and corporate finance as an Associate Consultant and later as a Community Lead. Prior to Expert360, Rachel worked as a People and Culture Consultant at Quantium from July 2019 to October 2021, providing advice on workforce policies and employee benefits. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruitment Experience Consultant at the Centre for Corporate Health. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources and International Business from Macquarie University.
