Michael McKenna

Michael McKenna, ARM has a diverse work experience in risk management and insurance. Michael has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Director of Insurance Operations at Oak View Group, a role they took on in 2023.

Before that, they worked as a Risk Manager at Laramar Group from 2022 to 2023, where they were responsible for risk and insurance management for a real estate investment and management company. Michael maintained the insurance broker relationship, managed claims and litigation, developed risk control programs, and provided support to operational leadership.

Before that, they gained experience at organizations such as Colorado Permanente Medical Group, Correctional Healthcare Companies, Pinnacol Assurance, and Trinidad Benham, where they held positions related to risk management, regulatory coordination, claims management, and loss prevention.

Michael McKenna, ARM received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1995. In 2020, they obtained the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) certification from The Institutes.
