Fay Clifford

Fay Clifford is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Currently serving as a Legal Advisor at Oakwood Corporate Services Limited since September 2023, Fay previously held the role of Principal Associate at Mills & Reeve from June 2013 to June 2022, where responsibilities included advising on acquisitions, disposals, and various contractual matters. Prior to that, Fay was a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor at George Davies Solicitors LLP from September 2006 to June 2013, and began a legal career as a Trainee Solicitor within the same firm. Fay holds an LLB in Law from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2005, and attended Altrincham Girls' Grammar School from 1995 to 2002. A planned career break was taken from June 2022 to September 2023.
