Dave Carro

Dave Carro has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and development industry. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Acquisition and Entitlement at Oakwood Homes, where they are responsible for acquisition and entitlement of large master planned communities. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Acquisition and Entitlement at Oakwood Homes and also held positions at Brookfield Residential, Rhodeside & Harwell Inc., LandDesign, and The RBA Group. Throughout their career, Dave has demonstrated expertise in acquisition, entitlement, asset management, and landscape architecture, and has worked on various projects ranging from residential communities to resort and urban designs.

Dave Carro attended Penn State University from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
