Heather Spanarella

Heather Spanarella is an accomplished accounting professional currently serving as Assistant Controller at Oakwood Homes since December 2021, where responsibilities include managing accounting for the Land Company. Previously, Spanarella held the role of Senior Accountant at UDR from October 2012 to November 2021, and also served as Senior Accountant at Pro-Build Holdings from July 2009 to February 2012. Additionally, Spanarella worked as a Budget Accountant at Richmond American Homes from September 2007 to July 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
