Kathryn Bugni is an Organizational Development Specialist at Oakwood Homes since September 2023, previously serving as a People Operations Coordinator. Prior to this role, Kathryn was a High School Teacher and Coach at Austin Independent School District from August 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities included instructing Culinary Arts and coaching soccer. Earlier in 2019, Kathryn worked at Baylor Scott & White Health as a Patient Service Specialist and served as a substitute teacher. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin and completed the Region 13 Educator Certification Program from August 2019 to May 2021.
