Luz Maria Bagley has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 17 years. Luz Maria began their career as a Sales Representative at Village Homes of Colorado in 2006 and later moved on to a Sales Administrator/Design Center Manager role at Meritage Development in 2008. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing various aspects of the business, including communication between sales and construction teams, design center setup, and advertising and marketing budgets.

Bagley then joined Harrington Real Estate in 2007 as a Marketing Manager and Front Desk representative. During their time there, they implemented online marketing strategies, worked closely with city, energy, land, and title companies, and managed MLS input.

In 2009, Bagley worked as an Accounting Assistant at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where they gained experience in financial and administrative tasks. Luz Maria then transitioned to the role of Senior Financial Analyst at Prologis in 2012, where they utilized their analytical skills to support financial decision-making.

Bagley joined CenturyLink in 2015 as a Lead Analyst, further enhancing their analytical abilities. Luz Maria analyzed data and provided valuable insights to support business operations.

In 2017, Bagley became the Director of Finance at Oakwood Homes, where they held the position until 2019, before being promoted to Vice President of Finance. Their time at Oakwood Homes allowed their to lead finance teams and contribute to overall financial success.

Most recently, Bagley began working as the Vice President of Thomas James Homes in 2023, where they continue to utilize their expertise in finance and leadership to drive business growth.

Luz Maria Bagley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Luz Maria obtained this degree between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Mountain College, which they attained between 2005 and 2008.
