Shalu Manoharan is a Formulation Engineer I at Oakwood Labs since July 2022, previously serving as an Undergraduate Research Intern at Haima Therapeutics from July 2021 to May 2022, where research focused on nanoparticle synthetic platelet technology for blood-related therapies. Experience includes analyzing various parameters of nanoparticles and performing medical experiments on non-primate mammals. Prior to this role, Shalu was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute from October 2019 to May 2021, conducting research on topical treatments for psoriatic arthritis and performing laboratory procedures. Shalu holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, completed in 2022.
