Susan Rafferty

Susan Rafferty has had extensive work experience in human resources. Susan started their career in 2009 at Denver Public Schools as an HR Business Partner/Strategic School Partnerships. In 2014, they moved on to become the Director of Human Resources at COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION. Susan then joined the Colorado Department of Transportation in 2016 as their Chief Human Resources Officer. In 2019, they became a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at McWHINNEY. Currently, Susan holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Oakwood Village since May 2023.

Susan Rafferty has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Colorado State University. Susan also holds a Master of Science degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Regis University. Additionally, Susan has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Counseling with a specialization in Counseling from the University of Phoenix.
