Ronke Sokefun

Ronke Sokefun is a seasoned legal and governance expert currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Oando Plc since December 2021, where guidance is provided on governance frameworks and risk management strategies. Previously, Ronke was the first female Board Chair of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation, overseeing critical financial system safeguards from November 2018 to December 2022. Ronke's public service includes significant roles with the Ogun State Government, including Commissioner for Urban & Physical Planning, and a history of leadership in legal capacities at Oando Plc, Ocean Oil Construction & Services, and Aluko & Oyebode.
