Fiona Pearse

Ms Pearse has extensive commercial and financial expertise gained from a broad career spanning almost two decades at large global companies BHP Billiton and BlueScope Steel. She has served in a range of non-executive positions since 2008. She is a non-executive director of ASX-listed Smart Parking, a pioneering developer of Smart Cities technology with international operations; Scotch College, a leading Australian boys’ school; and U Ethical, a fund manager; and she is an independent member of the Victorian Parliament Audit Committee. Her previous non-executive roles include serving as a Board member of City West Water, and World Vision Australia, and as an Advisory Board member for a fintech based in Stone & Chalk. Ms Pearse holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Senior Executive MBA. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
