Cristian Avalos

Cristian Avalos has a diverse work experience in the field of product development and innovation. Cristian is currently working at Oars + Alps as the Manager of Product Development & Innovation since March 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at Solésence where they held various positions, including Assistant Manager of Product Development from October 2022 to March 2023, Senior Formulation Chemist from July 2020 to September 2022, Formulation Chemist from August 2018 to July 2020, and Formulation Technician from February 2018 to July 2018. Before joining Solésence, Cristian worked at Nanophase Technologies as a Research and Development Technician from February 2018 to August 2018.
