Ayça Kulaç

Ayça Kulaç is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in business development and market expansion. Currently serving as Country Sales Manager at SCHELL Valve Technology since December 2012, Ayça leads the introduction of Schell products into the Turkish market and oversees project sales and distribution channel expansion. Previously, Ayça held roles as Business Development - Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager at OASE since February 2005, managing international sales activities across diverse regions and enhancing company profits. Ayça's career began as a Sales Engineer at AYHAVUZ Makina Tesisat Ltd.Şti from September 2000 to December 2004, focusing on sales growth through demonstrations and negotiations. Ayça holds an MBA from Yeditepe University and a B.Sc. from Eastern Mediterranean University.
