Anita Howard

Lead Business Partner at Oasis Community Learning

Anita Howard has had a diverse range of roles in human resources throughout their career. Anita started as an HR Business Partner at Ashridge in 2003, where they were responsible for managing the HR department, implementing people strategies, and overseeing recruitment activities. Anita also handled complex employment tribunal cases and led accreditation reviews. Anita then worked as a Human Resources Manager at the University of Bedfordshire from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Consultant & Employee Relations Specialist at Anita Howard Associates. Currently, they are a Lead Business Partner at Oasis Community Learning, where they provide HR support and guidance. Overall, Anita has extensive experience in various HR roles and has demonstrated success in managing complex cases and implementing HR systems.

Anita Howard obtained a postgraduate certificate in General Management from Ashridge Business School from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they graduated with a CIPD graduate degree from Buckinghamshire New University from 2000 to 2002. Anita also holds additional certifications as an accredited workplace mediator from Total Conflict Management and in Level A & B Psychometric testing.
