Victoria Richmond

Victoria Richmond has a solid background in education and leadership roles. Victoria started their career in 2010 as an HLTA at Kent County Council. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as an Assistant Head at Regis Manor Primary School. In 2017, they moved to Barnsole Primary School as an Assistant Head. In 2018, Victoria joined Oasis Community Learning, where they initially served as Deputy Principal. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Interim Principal before being appointed as the Principal in 2020. Currently, they are the Principal at Oasis Academy Skinner Street. In 2023, they are set to become the Director at The Stour Academy Trust.

Victoria Richmond obtained a Master's degree in School Leadership and Management from the University of Buckingham NCE between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Studies BA Hons from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have a certification in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Development Programme at CMI Level 7 from In Professional Development (InPD), which was obtained in 2023.
