David Winkiel

David Winkiel has worked at Oasis Legal Finance since 2007, holding the position of VP of IT. At Oasis, they are responsible for assisting consumers awaiting legal settlements and providing medical lien funding through Key Health. Prior to their work at Oasis, from 2002 to 2007, David was a Senior Manager at Intersections Inc.

David Winkiel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Olaf College between 1985 and 1989.
