Jibran Rufi started their work experience in 2007 as a resident system engineer at Siemens. Jibran then joined Soulco in 2013 as a Deputy Manager of Services for a short period. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Insiyabi Pakistan (formerly Siemens Enterprise Communications Pakistan) in various roles, including Deputy General Manager and Deputy Manager. In 2018, they became the Group Head of Information Technology at Ziauddin Hospital and University, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Information Technology Officer at Oasis Crescent, starting in 2022.
Jibran Rufi attended Sir Syed University from 2003 to 2006. Jibran also completed their SSC from Sheeba Metropolis Academy with a focus on Science.
