Jake Crane

Jake Crane has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Jake most recently worked as the Corporate Director of Restaurant and Outlet Services at Oasis Marinas starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Great Wolf Lodge from September 2020 to May 2023. Jake also held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at The Oread hotel from May 2015 to September 2020. Before their directorial roles, Jake worked as a General Manager at The Big Biscuit from September 2014 to May 2015. Jake gained valuable experience as a Managing Partner at Cheeseburger Restaurants (Cheeseburger In Paradise) from November 2004 to August 2014. Jake began their career as a Manager at Mo's Pizza, where they worked from August 1998 to December 2004. Jake was responsible for various tasks such as employee scheduling, training, and payroll processing during their tenure at Mo's Pizza.
