Matt Paul

Matt Paul has significant experience in the marina industry. Matt currently works as the Regional Manager of Boat Club for Oasis Marinas, where they oversee operations in the DC/Baltimore market. Prior to this, they served as the Operations Manager for Bridgewater Marina from 2021 to 2023, where they implemented strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction across five marina rental locations. Before that, they were the Marina Manager for Bridgewater Marina Boat Rental from 2019 to 2020, responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and customer service at Smith Mountain Lake State Park Marina. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Matt Paul attended West Virginia University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
