Rakesh K Dalai

RAKESH K DALAI is a qualified Network Engineer with extensive experience in network services implementation, troubleshooting, and architecture design. Currently employed at Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) since March 2016, RAKESH is responsible for network problem diagnosis, appliance configuration, and upgrading hardware and software. Prior to this role, RAKESH served as a Senior Engineer in Network Operations at Primus Telecommunications Canada Inc. from October 2011 to March 2016, overseeing real-time monitoring and management of the national network infrastructure. RAKESH began career development with Wipro Infotech as an Engineer, focusing on service quality surveillance for Huawei Pvt Ltd. RAKESH holds a Master of Technology in Data Science & Engineering from BITS Pilani (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University (2005-2009).
