Sarath Kumar

Sarath Kumar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Executive at Oasis Investment Company (Al Shirawi Group) since January 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes and collaborating on induction and orientation initiatives. Previously, Sarath worked as an HR Assistant at London Business Group, contributing to strategic HR planning and talent acquisition, and as an HR Executive at WALLSASIA, leading recruitment activities and managing onboarding. Further training in Human Resource Management was completed at Ajax Managements Consultants, complemented by an internship at CYGNUS Research and Development and a project on employee benefits with IVRCL Ltd. Sarath began the HR career as a trainee at Imperial Garments Ltd after obtaining a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from St. Xavier's P.G.
