In addition, Sam G. founded Herts UK Ltd in January 2023, specializing in mid-term rentals in London using advanced data analytics. Shoreditch Tech Ventures, initiated in September 2015, serves as a boutique technology firm partnering with various sectors, including real estate and cryptocurrency, to enhance business models through machine learning and big data.
