Jim Wimsatt

Jim Wimsatt is a seasoned financial and technical consultant with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant at Oasis Solutions since March 2021, Jim previously held the position of CFO at Algar, Inc. from January 2018 to March 2021. Jim's extensive experience at Oasis Solutions also includes a long tenure as Project Manager from 2006 to January 2018. Prior to that, Jim was Vice President of Finance at Key Electronics, Inc., overseeing finance, administration, purchasing, inventory, and IT from June 2004 to April 2006. Jim's career began as a CPA and Accounting Information Systems Consultant at Mather Hamilton & Co./Virtual Solutions, LLC from March 1997 to June 2004. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from Indiana University Southeast, following earlier education at the University of Evansville and FCHS.
