Hung-Jen is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Oasis Systems LLC, where they oversee the development of software solutions for the Department of Defense. Their primary area of focus is architecture design. Prior to this, Hung-Jen worked as a Licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Real Estate. Hung-Jen also owned and built MySeatTime.com, a full-stack project providing a platform for automobile event organizers and driving enthusiasts. Hung-Jen has also worked at Amazon as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for the overall health of the AlexaService system. Hung-Jen has also worked at Amazon Lab126 as a Software Engineer, contributing to e-book launches and serving as a developer lead for simplified Chinese e-books. Before that, Hung-Jen was a Senior Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, developing custom-made software applications for chip design teams and supporting productivity enhancements. Hung-Jen was also involved in wire editing technology advancements and multiple user-interface improvements. Additionally, they worked as a CAD Engineer at Intel, where they designed and executed complex functionalities for layout design tools. Hung-Jen started their career as a Firmware Engineer at MRT.
Hung-Jen Hung earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Hung-Jen further pursued their education at the University of Southern California and completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1998 to 2000.
